Deivery and Returns

Please note: colours and details may vary slightly from pictures shown but we will try our best to mention any changes in the item description..

Standard delivery charge £3.75 per order.

We only dispatch items within the UK.

All goods are checked before dispatch. All our products are sent in discreet packagingand we do try to re-use and recycle our packaging as much as possible, if this is not acceptable please let us know.

We aim to dispatch items a.s.a.p. but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If item is not currently in stock it could take approximately 14 days but you will be advised if this is the case. Most deliveries are sent via Royal Mail.

We cannot accept responsibility if you give us the wrong delivery address on your order.

If you need to return an item please contact us before hand giving reason. Once accepted the item must be sent back within 5 working days with a copy of the invoice.

Goods returned must be as they went out with bags, all tags, headercard etc. and be unworn. Items used or damaged will not be given a refund. We do not refund the cost of postage on delivery or returns. We recommend that you return any items using signed for delivery.

If you are in any way unhappy with the product, please talk to us. We will try to resolve all matters as quickly as possible.
